GLACIER'S REACH

Whistler, British Columbia

Trilogy's fourth major development in Whistler Village North established a new direction in resort development for the company – a purely residential project comprised of 126 town homes without a retail component. For Trilogy's purchasers in Glacier's Reach, the company also introduced a unique "lock-off"feature for its two-bedroom suites, which enabled a purchaser/investor to simultaneously enjoy personal use as well as rental income.

Significantly larger than either Market Pavilion or Alpenglow, Glacier's Reach was built on a 3.6 acre site directly north of Whistler's Marketplace on Lorimer Road. As with Marketplace, this site was previously undeveloped and located beyond the developed areas of Whistler Village. Yet again, Trilogy recognized the prime nature of the real estate and accurately forecast the market demand for the product, achieving a 100% sellout of the project prior to the commencement of construction.

In addition to an upgraded amenity package that included air conditioning, private hot tubs and a club-like Recreation and Check-in Facility, Trilogy secured the services of a professional rental management company for the development, thereby enabling its purchasers the option of renting their units when not in use. Built in partnership with Cressey Development Corporation, Glacier's Reach was completed in 1998. Today Trilogy Management Services Ltd. provides strata management services for the proprety's Strata Corporation
